The vilest person you know also believes himself good. So who, then, is truly good?
Only the person who doubts his goodness is good. Because, by it, they acknowledge their capacity for evil, which then compels them to actively pursue goodness. Constant pursuit, not designation.
Mad Women is my tribute to women who have been called mad for breaking societal expectations and stepping outside the lines. Wives, daughters, lovers and mothers who've broken the rules of culture, religion, marriage and morality.
Covert bullying
1. Unfair task allocation
Placing unreasonable performance demands on the target
2. Withholding of information needed to execute tasks
3. Group manipulation
Indirectly encouraging other employees to isolate the target or to contribute

I never thought about this until now but women in the Bible never had to go into the wilderness. Moses? 40 years. Jesus? 40 days. David? years running from Saul. but women? God met them RIGHT WHERE THEY WERE. Hagar in the desert, God came TO her. Mary at home, the angel came TO her. women don’t have to GO find God in isolation. God comes TO the feminine.
Nobody in corporate will tell you this... but it decides your future
1. Visibility beats hard work. If no one knows what you're doing, it doesn't count.
2. Your manager's opinion > HR policies. People promote who they trust, not just who performs.
3. Networking inside > skills outside. Opportunities come from people, not platforms.
4. Pick projects that make you visible, not just busy. Workload doesn't equal growth.
5. Your personal brand is built in your first 2 years, Protect it early - it defines your path.
6. Learning stops when curiosity does. Ask questions. Stay curious. Keep improving.
7. Quiet quitting feels safe but kills growth silently. Comfort zones are career traps.
"i'm just blunt." no you aren't blunt. you just don't care how you talk to people because you think your opinion is more important than respect or courtesy. i hate when people think the only way to be truthful is to be blunt, harsh or rude
@OrevaZSN Information is for adjustment, not always for argument. When you find out the truth, you don't need a confession; you just need a new strategy. Use the data to protect your peace, not to start a war.
Get in Rooms That Change You
There’s a special kind of magic that happens when you’re in the right room.
Not just any room.
Not the ones where you shrink yourself to fit in.
Not the ones where you have to hide your opinions, your heart, or your ambition.
I’m talking about rooms where the air feels different: where you walk in and your spine straightens, your voice feels a little stronger, and you remember who you are.
Believe it or not, people do bounce back. From failed relationships, financial setbacks, toxic bonds, unemployment, from anything. It's all about mindset, readiness to restart, and refocus.
