Sometimes Shopify support feels contradictory.

We’ve been denied the read_users scope for our public app - because it’s “only for custom or finance-embedded apps.”

But multiple public apps in our same category are already using this :/

As for us, it's time to jack up prices. We already do Slack as default. The value is there, I just suck at putting a price to it.
