@Justin_W_Earley I’m also curious about his definition of mysticism as the current day Christian’s stance on penal substitutionary atonement is not mystical but a claim on absolute truth. It can be a hope if mysticism but not certainty. He is right about health. Psychopathology is rigidity
@Justin_W_Earley What does he mean here by “Pity?” Is it what we refer to as empathy or the actual term pity, which is a sort of looking down on people. And how does he come off being able to judge one and all humanitarian’s motives? I didn’t read this book obviously but sounds extremely dogmatic
