@Kwame42 J'ai toujours trouvé le process aux US assez simple, et à chaque fois que j'ai eu une difficulté, il y avait un CPA, un lawyer ou un outil SaaS pour résoudre mon problème très vite. La fiscalité me paraît plus simple ici. Ton poste me rassure pour créer une filiale en France :)
