@EscAuthority @VelociJP No one apologized for the park, but for the person. An actual human-being just at work. If the tweet was “Express is moving slow.” there wouldn’t be an issue, it’s a valid complaint. Placing the blame of an entire attraction’s efficiency on one single person is an issue.
@seitz2all Osaka is one of the largest cities in the world with nearly 20 million residents. It’s like asking why did Disney build in Shanghai versus Universal in Beijing - it’s just an entirely different market.
@MoreofJay_ The point is if someone travels and spends thousands of dollars with the sole intention of experiencing something included in admission they should have the ability to do so - even if it means waiting 4 hours. It shouldn’t be by a lottery. Both systems can exist.
