@British_Airways Well Alex since it took @British_Airways over 4 months to reply to my original complaint, I'm not really holding out much hope there. The whole situation just proves how much of a shambles this airline has become and how little respect they have for their customers.
@British_Airways No Alex @British_Airways. Your airline failed to provide us with alternative flights, in order to get home we were left with no choice but to fly with another airline . BA should be reimbursing us the full amount.

@British_Airways Thanks Chenice for your standard generic reply.British Airways could learn something from Easyjet who in similar circumstances advised us of the cancellation, offered flights for the next day, BA was 4 days later and have already reimbursed us for additional costs within 5 days.
