It is now 2 weeks since our delivery date and surprise surprise…. WE HAVE HAD ZERO UPDATE FROM @currys - nearly £2000 worth of appliances missing! This is delaying everything else and it doesn’t look like we’ll be in the new house for christmas 😡😭

@CurrysServices 2/2 we are on day 6 and I’m not holding my breath that we will hear anything today. We’ve had no communication via emails at all since the investigation opened. I can’t stress enough that no-one should ever buy from @currys again as it is nothing but hassle!! £2k worth missing!

@CurrysServices Hi Becky. Thanks for the reply but I’ve already spent close to 4 hours in total with customer service and it has been nothing but stressful, frustrating and unhelpful. There is an investigation into our order and was told it could take up to 6 days for an update- 1/2
