There are far too many incompetent officials in non-league. Take away the good ones, and it's rotten.

We get told to respect the officials. How about they respect the time, effort and money clubs put into a matchday before ruining it with their mediocre decisions because they can’t even be bothered to keep fit and keep up with play!

The FA can fine me, I’ll set up a direct debit if it’s easier, but until they do something to change it, I won't shut up about it.
