@MartinSLewis@whichuk can I have some advice on a refund for my package holiday please. It was cancelled in May and I have received no refund even though I have been promised multiple times. @TeletextHoliday
@TeletextHoliday I am appalled with the level of your customer service. I am currently sat on hold after just waiting 1 hour and 40 mins for you to hang up on me. Another 30 mins in now and still waiting. I had applied for my refund a few weeks ago and still have nothing.
