@Ryanair can you explain why we were disembarked from our flight from Rome to Birmingham this morning and delayed for 1hr 40 mins with an email citing there was a technical issue with the plane, only for another flight to board the plane we just got off??
On the flip side my faith in good customer service has been restored by Graham (in North Terminal) from @easyJet who managed to help us rebook our flights and saved our trip for Carey’s birthday!! #bemoregraham
Absolutely shambolic management of the evacuation by @Gatwick_Airport resulting in us missing our flight despite having checked in our bag and passed through security!! Heaven forbid there was a major incident as the processes in place are seriously flawed! #shitshow
