@TobyDurant@EA Dirt 5 was fun, was closer to Dirt 2. I think its main issue is it didnt have a central character. Needed a poster boy like 2/3 for Ken Block.
Very pleased for Jon but uneasy by this move from EA to renamed the DiRT social media channels of EA Sports Rally. Feels like another studio death within five years.
@ZenithSupport are you still actively monitoring this account? I've requested a renewal quote from you and twice have been told you would send one. It's now less than two weeks until my policy expires and still no quote from you.
I'd love to know how much of this data is also due to the fact it's near impossible to get an instructor these days, let alone one that has a manual car. Could people be taking Automatic tests out of desperation rather than choice?
A significant marker of a generational shift in behaviour and an irreversible move to EV, is the number of people taking their driving test in an automatic (meaning they arenโt qualified to drive a manual) The @BBCNews reports, the number of driving tests taken in automatics was 87,844 in 2012/13, or 6.12% of all tests, according to the Govt figures. That figure jumped to 479,556 in 2024/25, the last period with complete data, or 26%. The AA is predicting that 29% of all tests will be taken in automatics in 2025/26.
@Adamivell 4,5,6,1,2,3 and then rouge one and the Disney series. I wouldn't bother too much with the Sequel trilogy, or at least treat it as its own separate thing.
@DANNYonPC I'm at about the 7/10 mark. Probably the better title in years but it hasn't wowed me enough to pre-order yet. Not a huuuuge fan of open class weapons I think it kills BFs identity a bit.
@Digital_George This one is all good, very highly built engine that will never see the HP is capable of so in theory should be pretty reliable. In theory...
It has just occurred to me that with Battlefield 6 having skins, EA and DICE could pull the biggest brain move and make the Bad Company 2 Characters as a downloadable skin pack.
Instant buy from me.
Totally forgot that Twitter exists, but thought those who are still on here would like to see the newest addition to the TBR fleet!
I bought my childhood dream car, a 1999 Subaru Impreza GC8!! They say don't meet your hero's but I'm so glad I have...
