Something rather fun: we were lucky enough to be sent this rare coffee from the Yunnan province in China via @GrumpyMule. We tried this lot via another roastery, but this version is also super sweet with a mouthful of green apple as the taste progresses. 🇨🇳☕🍎 Encouraging!
