It likely hasn't been programmed to realise its own capabilities or lack of, only rudimentary malicious inputs.
Currently, it's just generating inputs based on intelligent word associations and learnt language structure.

It's merely generating answers with associations between the input queue and its data set, that data set being a store of plain text gathered by trawling the internet.
It's not individually indexing each and every source text...
