The Eagles rested their starters yesterday, but DeVonta Smith played 9 snaps to secure his third 1,000 yard season. Joe DeCamara says if he were Saquon Barkley, he'd be "ticked" seeing that, as the Eagles did not allow him to break the single-season rushing record last year.

Re: the footage of Sirianni in the tunnel — I think that's what the Eagles/Eagles fans should want to see from Sirianni. It's part of what makes him distinctive.

There have been times this year when I've wondered if Sirianni had become too staid, like Rick Vaughn in Major League 2. His authenticity is his charm, and (at least publicly) you haven't always seen it this year.

When the Eagles were 2-2 last season, one of the pleas from the players was for the 2022 version of Sirianni.

Obviously, the players matter. But you cannot make a decision for the entire future of Penn State football based off what players who will be there for another year or two want.

When Terry Smith was coaching high school football, Dabol was winning his 3rd ring with the patriots.

He was an NFL Coach of the year.

He was an NFL Assistsnt Coach of the year.

I love Terry Smith. He and Brian Daboll are not in the same stratosphere of coaching.

Don’t sit here and tell me you don’t want Daboll but would take Nick Saban, Urban Meyer, or Lane Kiffin. Daboll has just about the same amount of NFL head coaching wins as those 3 combined.
