@DrJenGunter The amyloid hypothesis for the pathogenesis of Alzheimer’s disease makes biological sense but drugs that effectively reduce amyloid do not have significant clinical benefit on cognition and cause serious adverse effects in industry-sponsored RCTs. (Both aducanumab and lecanemab)
