@gruntdoc @historigins Totally agree. Just looked on Zillow and found many of those in Detroit for <100k. Neighborhoods are not safe, but that is a cultural and local government problem more than an economic one. Same type of house in nearby Dearborn is safer in the 150-200k range including A/C

@elsathora So do those of us who grew up in one. I've been to all 50 states and (after looking them up) the biggest 30 cities. Big cities can be fun to visit, but I chose to live in smaller places.

@elsathora See the inside of the very glam Cosmopolitan casino, and try the wicked spoon buffet there. Amazing food for a reasonable price (relative to Las Vegas). Also check out the Bellagio fountains.
