The president, Oday Mustafa Alsa’ati, carries an Iraqi tribal-style surname, holds a Dutch passport, resides in Georgia, and was running a “Ukraine” foundation registered in Warsaw.

The name also appears to echo a real U.S. charity: Helping Hands for Ukraine, a foundation actually raising aid and medical supplies for Ukrainians.

Coincidence, mimicry, or deliberate misdirection to make this appear legitimate?

In December 2025, the foundation’s NIP tax identification number was revoked.
