Musician, archaeologist, dog and cat mom, Mysterious World Traveling Aunt. Lawful neutral. I collect expensive pieces of paper and hang out in cemeteries.
@MLGW my bill isn’t past due, woke up with no water. Customer service was unclear if there’s a service ticket. No one can tell me why we don’t have water. There’s no outages in the area. Rude and blase, told if we want updates call back and go though the long system to find out.

@Walmart mailed me these coffee pods in the same box as this container of cat litter. Zero cushioning. I have so many questions. And now I can’t through to anyone on the chat customer service -appears to be disabled.
@CityOfMemphis your crew damaged my cart and left it. Reported it 3 times and called 311 only to be met rudeness. Not only has it not been fixed or replaced, but today your crew damaged it even further to the point of being completely inoperable.
@CityOfMemphis no one can tell me this hasn't been fixed yet, and why my first 311 ticket to report the damage was closed. This is how my cart was left over a week ago by your crew, and remains broken.
Did U know @Xfinity & @Uverse were some of @MarshaBlackburn’s largest campaign contributors? She’s on the commerce, science, transportation congressional committee. It’s giving conflict of interest & corruption. It also keeps TN in a monopoly for ISP.
What @Xfinity@XfinitySupport doesn’t tell you is that they charge you place a line at your home to receive their service. We read the contract and all info and it never said anything about a charge. @MarshaBlackburn is keeping crooked & corruption alive in TN with bribes.
@Xfinity@XfinitySupport I was told by multiple people with your company that I should be able to see upcoming service tech appointments on the Home Screen of your app, but it’s not showing me anything. I need the app fixed asap.
@Xfinity@XfinitySupport I have yet to activate my service because service techs didn’t show up to install the line. Now you tell me I still have to pay a bill when I’ve yet to receive service. This is unreal.
@Xfinity@XfinitySupport I was told that when an outside technician comes to your home, you are it notified even through they need access to your locked backyard. And if they cannot gain entrance, they just leave.
@Xfinity@XfinitySupport I was assured by 5 different customer service reps that I would be notorious when a tech was on the way, just I received nothing. I get other texts from you, but not about that. Especially after I complained about 2 techs just not showing up.
@Xfinity@XfinitySupport a tech shows up to my house and says I was sent a text letting me know they are No text was sent to me! You send me plenty of other obnoxious texts just not any I need. Once again, you’ve failed at basic service. Way to go.
@xfinity no one can tell me why the service tech didn't show up twice in a row and didn't call to let me know they weren't coming. They said it's not their policy to let customers know.
@Xfinity@XfinitySupport this is the appointment you tried to tell me didn’t exist and no one showed up and didn’t let me know they weren’t coming. Yet you have sent me a bill for service I don’t yet have. Way to go. You’re #1 at the worst customer service! Congrats!
@Xfinity@XfinitySupport just tried to gaslight me saying I didn't have a tech scheduled for today, and is silent when I sent the chat transcript showing that it was indeed scheduled. This is unreal. I haven't even started using the service yet; this is the worst customer service
@Xfinity@XfinitySupport no one can tell me why it is your policy to not contact customers if a service tech can't come during the (already ridiculous) 12 hour timeframe. You text & email constantly regarding the bill (for service I don't even have yet), so you can't for that?
@Xfinity@XfinitySupport I'm told that you don't notify customers if a service tech is rescheduled or can't make it. Yet you're ok with with the 8 am-8pm timeframe for service. Industry standard is a 4 hour timeframe AND ALWAYS notifying the customer if they can't make it.
@xfinity@XfinitySupport twice had service techs not show up and not call to install a line so that I can get service, yet you have charged me. I have yet to receive your service and I'm ready to cancel. #customerservice
