The study created a fictional student with self-reported ADHD and the eval’s suggestions. All these colleges offered accommodations *with no diagnosis*! It seems like a biased setup.

If a millionaire who is already dodging taxes with strategies that middle class households can’t use only reduced their taxes by $30,000 I’m not shedding tears. The 13% decrease for the middle class could be much less than $1000.
