Sadly I’m left with no other option than taking him to the High Court. Cllr Sweeney has been served and accepted receipt of the High Court papers.

We spent longer debating the pay rise than anything else tonight. Sad state of affairs.

Kingston Council have just recommended a pay rise of 4.04% for Cllrs, but backdated to April 2022... this means that 29 ex-Cllrs will receive a one-off lump sum, as well as all sitting Councillors.
