I suppose you're referring to the guy cloning Adobe and MSOffice tools. Well, the chunk of the big corporates was never B2C subscription. Serious organizations would never use an application like that without dedicated support. They buy on contracts, not credit cards. They need an SLA, a named account manager, onboarding, SSO, audit logs, and someone to call when it breaks. The real enterprise revenue sits in annual contracts with support bundled in.
