Does anybody know why we get this "Quota Exceeded" error in Google Search Console? It says we've exceeded our "daily quota," but we haven't even submitted a single URL yet. This has been going on for weeks.
Any fellow web accessibility experts know if this qualifies as a failure of WCAG 2.1 SC 2.3.1? Midjourney's homepage looks cool to sighted users but looks like it fails "Three Flashes or Below Threshold" (Level A). Not sure how this could be tested, though. #WCAG#A11Y

@JohnMorabitoSEO This is weird: they did this circa 2011 with "Google Authorship." It made sense when they started it and didn't make sense when they ended it. And it seems they've been confused about whether it was good or not ever since.
