I told one of my nursing colleagues what my pay was recently & she couldn’t believe it. Granted it goes up over years but everyone thinks we’re loaded. Have had patients tell me so before

@ritakj That’s a disgraceful response but strangely refreshing in its honesty. Defo feels like HR want to make sure you don’t get any notions & take you down a peg or two. I don’t think I can ever go back so I’m another one lost to the system. I’m trying to value my own life & health
