Be with them when you can’t be near them
EMA (Ecological Momentary Assessment) is a way of asking people brief and repeated questions about their wellbeing or experience of a situation.
Questions (sent to a smart device such as a phone or tablet) are meant to be answered quickly, at the time they are received.
Do you care for a family member with health needs?
We are looking for family caregivers willing to trial a system of daily smartphone based surveys to measure stress/mood (EMA- see thread) for 4 weeks and tell us what you think of it.
