Claude Opus 5.5 can reverse-engineer any Windows .exe...
1 prompt + 10 minutes = the full map of any paid desktop app:
- Every function and what it actually does
- The licence check, found and explained
- A clean-room spec you can rebuild from
Just send this to your Claude ↓
Then read the article below on how to reverse-engineer anything:
Claude is a studio, not a tool. here’s the full map on one page
most people still ask an AI for a video and hope for the best. with Claude no video model touches the frame. the animation is written as code you can read and change
> three rooms
data room: ask a question, get a chart with the query that made it
motion room: point it at a chart, get an MP4
edit room: you and Claude edit the same doc, deck or design
> the skills shelf
10 open-source repos. you need two or three, not ten
the honest pick: a taste skill (8) plus one pipeline skill
> the workflow
reference data story motion direct ship
every step leaves something you can check
> the mistakes
animating before the number is checked
describing a style instead of showing one
treating the first export as final
> your first week
one real video beats ten tutorials
you’re not generating video anymore. you’re compiling it

Model Upgrade Eval Gate
Swapping the model because the new one is cheaper is how quality silently drops.
As a dev, I now gate every model upgrade on the eval suite.
Model Upgrade Gate Cheatsheet:
1. Pin the current model in the skill
2. Run the full suite on the candidate
3. Compare accuracy, tool use, and cost
4. Require a pass or an explicit accept
5. Shift traffic only after the gate
6. Keep the old model warm for rollback
Core principle: A cheaper model is only cheaper if the answers stay good.
Pro tip: Run the gate on your hardest cases first. Easy cases hide the drop.
Can you change the model id in production without an eval result attached?

Opus 5.5 can reverse engineer anything.
REA (Reverse Engineer Anything) GitHub repo is insane...
You can steal custom websites, app features - you name it.
Inject this prompt into your Claude agents:
AI engineers learn how to build and run a model.
But production AI needs much more.
Think of MLOps as 4 levels:
1️⃣ Foundations → Models, artifacts, Docker
2️⃣ Serving → APIs, vLLM, Kubernetes, GPUs
3️⃣ Automation → MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow, CI/CD
4️⃣ Observability → Monitoring, drift, tracing, scaling
The real jump happens when you stop asking:
“Can I run the model?”
…and start asking:
“Can I reliably operate AI at scale?”
That’s the difference between an ML experiment and a production AI system.
Save this roadmap.

LangChain vs LangGraph
Building AI agents? Knowing the difference between these two can save you a lot of architectural headaches.
🔗 LangChain → High-level abstractions for LLM apps, agents, tools, RAG & integrations.
🕸️ LangGraph → Stateful, graph-based orchestration for complex, multi-step and long-running agent workflows.
Think of it simply:
LangChain = Build faster
LangGraph = Control complex workflows
And yes they can work together.
If you're serious about AI Engineering & Agentic AI, these are worth learning.

How do we make AI models more efficient?
Bigger models aren’t always the answer.
There are several techniques to reduce memory, compute, cost, or fine-tuning overhead:
🔹 Quantization — use lower-precision numbers
🔹 Knowledge Distillation — transfer knowledge from a large teacher to a smaller student
🔹 Pruning — remove less-important weights or structures
🔹 LoRA — reduce trainable parameters during fine-tuning
🔹 MoE — activate only selected experts for each token
The important distinction: LoRA and MoE improve efficiency, but they aren't simply “shrinking” the base model.
🎯 The real goal is finding the right balance between:
Size × Speed × Cost × Accuracy
A smaller model isn't automatically a better model.

Most people treat CLAUDE.md like a prompt file.
That’s the mistake.
If you want Claude Code to feel like a senior engineer living inside your repo, your project needs structure.
Claude needs 4 things at all times:
• the why → what the system does
• the map → where things live
• the rules → what’s allowed / not allowed
• the workflows → how work gets done
I call this:
The Anatomy of a Claude Code Project 👇
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
1️⃣ CLAUDE.md = Repo Memory (keep it short)
This is the north star file.
Not a knowledge dump. Just:
• Purpose (WHY)
• Repo map (WHAT)
• Rules + commands (HOW)
If it gets too long, the model starts missing important context.
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
2️⃣ .claude/skills/ = Reusable Expert Modes
Stop rewriting instructions.
Turn common workflows into skills:
• code review checklist
• refactor playbook
• release procedure
• debugging flow
Result:
Consistency across sessions and teammates.
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
3️⃣ .claude/hooks/ = Guardrails
Models forget.
Hooks don’t.
Use them for things that must be deterministic:
• run formatter after edits
• run tests on core changes
• block unsafe directories (auth, billing, migrations)
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
4️⃣ docs/ = Progressive Context
Don’t bloat prompts.
Claude just needs to know where truth lives:
• architecture overview
• ADRs (engineering decisions)
• operational runbooks
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
5️⃣ Local CLAUDE.md for risky modules
Put small files near sharp edges:
src/auth/CLAUDE.md
src/persistence/CLAUDE.md
infra/CLAUDE.md
Now Claude sees the gotchas exactly when it works there.
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
Prompting is temporary.
Structure is permanent.
When your repo is organized this way, Claude stops behaving like a chatbot…
…and starts acting like a project-native engineer.
The easiest way to stand out in AI+DS in 2026?
Build a business decision-making machine:
• Takes docs + data
• Cites sources
• Runs analysis
• Outputs decision recommendations
RAG + agents.
👉Here's how: https://t.co/P6jZxC0iBL
🛡️ What is Reliability in LLMs?
A powerful LLM isn't necessarily a reliable LLM.
Reliability means consistently producing outputs that are:
🎯 Accurate — matches the facts
📚 Grounded — supported by reliable context
🔄 Consistent — behaves reliably across equivalent inputs
🧠 Reasoning-capable — handles complex tasks correctly
🚫 Hallucination-resistant — avoids fabricated facts & sources
🛡️ Safe — behaves appropriately
📋 Instruction-following — respects constraints and format
⚙️ Operationally stable — dependable in production
The simple formula:
LLM Reliability = Correctness + Grounding + Consistency + Safety + Robustness
💡 Remember: Reliability ≠ accuracy alone.
An LLM can be accurate on average but still be unreliable if it confidently invents information when it doesn't know the answer.

Partial Result Checkpoint
A long run that dies at step 7 should not force the user to start over at step 1.
As a dev, I now checkpoint useful partial results.
Checkpoint Cheatsheet:
1. Save after each successful tool
2. Store the partial answer with the run id
3. Let a retry resume from the last good step
4. Expire old checkpoints
5. Show the user what is already known
6. Ban checkpoints that contain raw secrets
Core principle: Progress should survive a crash.
Pro tip: Checkpoint the structured result, not the raw model text. Text drifts.

Nice short summary of how Prompts drive LLM responses (Input ➡️ Algorithms, with feedback loops ➡️ Output) — LLM Inference Explained — infographic and quote-post below, by @techyoutbe ⤵️
AI Application Architecture
A production AI application is much more than an LLM.
It’s a system of multiple layers working together:
1️⃣ Input → Validate the request & manage context
2️⃣ Orchestration → Plan tasks and choose the right model
3️⃣ Retrieval & Tools → RAG, vector DBs, APIs & external tools
4️⃣ Model → Generate the response
5️⃣ Safety & Quality → Evaluate, filter & refine
6️⃣ Observability → Track cost, latency, quality & failures
7️⃣ Final Response → Deliver an accurate, relevant and actionable answer
The model is only one piece.
Architecture is what turns an AI model into an AI application.

These prompts for Claude, Grok and GPT are insane...
I made one for Sonnet 5.5 + Opus 5.5, one for Grok 4.7 and one for GPT-6.1 Sol
Each gives the model a clear goal, a way to use tools, a loop for checking its work and rules for adapting when you change the task
They're universal: use them for coding, research, writing or any other multi-step work
Bookmark and send this to your model
Then read article about comparison of Claude, Grok and GPT
Anthropic just published an official guide to building AI agents that work while you’re offline
9-minute read. a complete agent template you can adapt.
give it your Slack channels + GitHub repos and let it handle the morning catch-up
→ what changed
→ which reviews are waiting on you
→ which decisions are holding people up
the agent checks each item before sending a short brief to Slack
it remembers what it already reported, so the next run picks up where the last one stopped
your preferences, the schedule and spending cap are already part of the setup
it runs on Anthropic’s infrastructure. your laptop can stay closed
