Free Black children were kidnapped off the streets of Northern cities and sold into Southern slavery by organized gangs, for decades. Historians estimate the victims in the thousands.

They called it the Reverse Underground Railroad.

Gangs like the Cannon-Johnson ring lured free Black boys from the Philadelphia docks with the promise of a day's work, chained them in cellars and ships, and marched them south to be sold. Children who had been born free woke up as property, hundreds of miles from parents who would search for them for the rest of their lives.

Solomon Northup's twelve years was the famous case. It was not the exceptional one.

The police is trained to kill black people not de-escalate. Case in point. Imagine claiming a knife warranted a police officer shooting a black man in the head 3 times. Explain to me what kind of useless training would render 3 police officers so incompetent as to not disarm and detain a man already in their control and custody but would choose to kill him instead.

Within an hour the police release cover up story claiming black man had knife. How does a knife justify execution by gun? The police is lying. They murdered a Black man by execution and want to get away with it. Again.

Ruiz leaves behind a daughter.

This is not the first execution by the MPD. Tony Robinson, an unarmed Black man, was killed only one block away in 2015.

A racist white San Jose police officer, Mark McNamara, shot college football player K'aun Green four times in 2022, but he survived‼️🧐

During the investigation, racist text messages sent by Officer McNamara were discovered. In these texts, McNamara explicitly stated "I hate Black people" and referred to Green’s legal team as the “nigs lawyer.”

Mark McNamara was never arrested or criminally charged for the shooting.

Louisiana’s Attorney General just got hit with a $240,000 sanction after a judge found her office pursued a lawsuit that wasn’t supported by the facts or the law.
