4/5 - I’d be lying if I said this was easy to accomplish, but the other option of disappointment and bursts of anger sure weren’t outcomes I was prepared to accept once I knew there was a healthier way.
3/5 - When we begin to decipher these random agreements, which operate essentially undetected from our subconscious, & challenge them with new agreements that align with what we want & the realities of accomplishing those things, we arrive at more consistently enjoyable outcomes.
2/5 - This is because we haven’t chosen the rules of engagement to life, but instead have allowed a bunch of random agreements, based on outside influence, to dictate how we feel.

Almost exactly 12 years ago @heylandsberg was having what he thought was “just another conversation” on television. He had thousands before and thousands after. This one, as it happens, was different. This one changed his life, the lives of some others and saved at least 1 life.
More nutrients, exercise, sleep & water may not relieve your anxiety or depression, but all are worth trying if you can manage. For some, it'll have a great impact on how they feel. For others, it may just improve physical health without improving mental health. Still worth it.
Many of our reactions come from the subconscious mind automatically, influencing our thoughts & emotions.
Many times we allow predictable scenarios to derail our emotions because we’re operating w/ unchecked expectations.
