he was one of the first idols I worked with when I started out in 2019! was always polite. There was once he got in from a 2am flight but he still greeted me very brightly. Only worked w him 2-3 times over 7 years but his attitude has never changed.

idk about other sites but we don't really stop the idols when they wanna write a ps... like even if it's "not allowed," if it's a VC and not offline, we don't interfere if the idols do it first. for offline the company staff interferes.

for those who don’t understand how fancalls work, the rules differ depending on the site you apply with.

some allow nicknames and even PS (short message), some allow nicknames but not PS, some don’t allow nicknames at all and you can only apply with your real (government) name. in some cases the album you get is only signed before or after the call, not during (so that artist can focus fully on the caller), and therefore they cannot add on a PS.

the staff on site to manage and monitor these calls are not agency staff (aka b*lift), but site staff. if you have problems with the rules, the proper channel of feedback should be to the site instead of the agency, they cannot do anything about it as they don’t make the rules. 🤷🏻‍♀️
