@British_Airways Arrived in Zakynthos after flight was delayed by 24 hours. You have not loaded the suitcase with my wife’s and my things. Told won’t arrive until 4 June. We fly back 5 June. Is that the best you can seriously do? What do we do in the meantime with nothing?
