@SharpFootball Been doing water fast till down 2lbs, then cheat day. Been on repeat like this for 133 days. Logged it, each time it requires 35-105 hours. What I eat on cheat day altar's this highly. Carbs + salt = more hours required. 405lbs-->332.
Down 73lbs. Odd "diet", works for me tho.

@undeadchro @CammyHoliday I for one love what you guys are doing. We always try to tweak 7 days to die with mods/settings to make it realistic. Zombies are suppose to be scary, grim horror, slow walking, tanks. In movies no one gets tired or runs out of ammo, and zombies sprint...takes me out of it tbh.
