All is reps. There’s no substitution for reps. 10,000 hours is just a metaphor for reps. Chess is reps. Painting is reps. Thinking, wisdom, even prayer is reps. There’s a reason the French say ‘apprendre par cœur’ (to learn by heart). Repetition itself is the stairway to heaven

For big forearms my main exercise is cable wrist curls / reverse curl supersets. Here's how it works:
You put the straight bar on the cable. Lower it all the way to the bottom. Heavy weight. I use the full stack. Deadlift it up and stand with it pulling down and slightly away from your body. Wrist curl it towards your body and away as many times as possible / until failure.
Change the weight and follow that up with an immediate set of reverse curls using the same bar. 10-15 reps.
3 sets, 2x / week.
I also like cable rope curls instead of dumbell hammer curls for forearms.
This is actually true!! Tight hip flexors = survival mode muscles. Stretching them helps:
- Releases chronic psoas tension
- Soften pelvic floor guarding
- Send “all safe” signals to your nervous system
- Lets frozen emotions move through your body
It’s why hip openers can feel so emotional!
neck training guide out

Every self-respecting man reaches a point in his life where he grows so disgusted by his own unfulfilled potential.
He realizes his stress is not a byproduct of the work, but the work he failed to do. The sleep lost was not from the risk taken, but the opportunity he bypassed. The anxiety was not at all pathological, but a divine signal of what he was capable of all along.
The problem is as timeless as the antidote: It is the discomfort. It is the boredom. It is the immunity to uncertainty.
It is the work.
My top 5 highest ROI interventions nobody in the fitness industry talks about:
> ASPIRIN: Lowers cortisol, raises T3 uptake, drops ferritin, improves glucose oxidation in neurons. Pro-metabolic. Anti-stress. 40 cents.
> ACTIVATED CHARCOAL: Binds endotoxin before it reaches your bloodstream and damages Leydig cells. Brain quiets within hours. Almost nobody uses it correctly.
> WHITE BUTTON MUSHROOMS: Aromatase inhibitor that outperformed pharmaceutical AI on my bloodwork. $3 a can.
> MILK: Dropped my cortisol further in one week than any adaptogen I've ever run. Also eradicated Klebsiella pneumoniae from my stool test without a single antibiotic.
> KESTOSE: Moved my estrogen more than any aromatase inhibitor I've used. Through gut bacteria. Not receptor blocking.
The supplement industry made billions selling you complexity.
The highest ROI interventions are boring, cheap, and mechanistically sound.
Wake up, feel fresh, immediately check phone and see overnight payment for more than most people will now go to work 9 hours for, elite tier Russian stims, see my cats, have a few coffees whilst blasting music and pushups, cig, gym, see world class beauty older woman at gym and allow her to flirt with me, brighten her day then go aura farm and stretch in the sauna, get home, three of the finest steaks, another cig and more coffees, the day has just began and I am young, violently sharp and immensely energised to enjoy this beautiful day
Hitler wrote in Mein Kampf:
"I yawned and grew sick to my stomach at the thought of sitting in an office, deprived of my liberty;
ceasing to be master of my own time and being compelled to force the content of a whole life into blanks that had to be filled out."
There hasn't been a single notable person across all of human history who worked a job.
Not one.
And no, your uncle who scrapes 200k/year at GoyCorp isn't a notable man of history.
gooning will ruin your spirit and kill you.
that energy inside of you which you struggle to channel is meant to create more life, more consciousness, more love. It's not for aimless hedonism through mind-numbing prawn which is only destroys your ability to love and be loved
If you don't have time, money or whatever excuse you use in order not to look into these tools, then just stretch once in the morning and once in the evening.
That's it.
It's free and can be done within 5 minutes (if you have time to be on socials, you have 5 minutes to stretch).
When animals in the wild experience a traumatic event, they pass through their freeze response by trembling.
In one study for example where mice were deliberately traumatized, half of the mice were allowed to tremor naturally after the trauma and the other half were prevented from trembling.
It was discovered that the mice that were not allowed to successfully go through their natural tremoring process had reduced resiliency to subsequent life-threatening experiences.
This brings us to TREs.
Trauma-releasing exercises (TREs) were designed to engage the primitive mammalian survival mechanism used to recover from a traumatic event.
The same tremors found in other mammalian species can also be easily evoked in the human species through a series of five simple exercises.
The exercises produce a slight fatigue in the major muscle groups of the legs and pelvis.
This is done by isolating the muscle groups and exercising them individually (tap in the pic).

One of the easiest ways to improve your confidence and mood is to simply look up more often. When your head is down for most of the day your jugular veins actually compress, restricting blood flow and triggering dizziness, fatigue and anxiety. Your posture is directly connected to how you feel. Looking down signals defeat to your own nervous system. Look up, extend your neck, keep your chin parallel to the ground and notice the shift in how you feel almost immediately. Your body responds to how you carry it. Give it the posture of someone who is not defeated.
ALL YOU NEED TO ENJOY YOUR LIFE
Prioritize yourself. Make your life exciting. Embrace the adventure. Connect with like-minded people. Read underrated books. Walk a lot every day. Find your purpose. Fulfill your dreams. Help others. Learn new things. Focus on your hobbies. Spend time in nature. Appreciate every moment.
Don’t take life too seriously.
It was meant to be enjoyed, and the challenges you face along the way are not random because they make the journey more fulfilling than if you got everything immediately.
It’s all just a game. Win while having fun.
Most of the harm from smoking probably comes from the tobacco treatment and the toxins they add like flame retardants, anti-mold agents, etc.
From my research it seems the benefits can outweigh some of the negatives:
>neuroprotective, ~60% lower risk of Parkinson's
>higher testosterone, dose-dependent
>raises 24-hour energy expenditure ~10% (nicotine is thermogenic, Peaty)
>anti-estrogenic, inhibits aromatase (the androgen to estrogen enzyme)
With cigars you do not inhale through the lungs, so you get the benefits of the tobacco and nicotine trans-salivary. And at 1-2 cigars a day, the largest FDA review (Chang et al. 2015) found no statistically significant increase in mortality or smoking-related cancers.
Despite the demonization of tobacco, one thing stands out; smokers have higher testosterone and a more anti-estrogenic profile than non-smokers on average.
Pure organic tobacco, through a charcoal filter or as cigars, is probably nowhere near as bad as we're told.
"In the middle of the battle, as the sweat is dripping into your eyes and your lungs are burning, the brain whose primary role is self preservation will interfere and ask why am I doing this, why must I suffer? The champion will answer that question with the mental picture he has carefully crafted in his mind and continue to fight, since the masses lack this vision and clarity they quit as soon as the pain kicks in, the secret to world class motivation and work ethic is a world class vision"
