Because my branches overlap, Pocahontas is showing as my 12th great grandmother and her sister Cleopatra Shawano (Scent Flower Eagle Plume) Powhatan is also showing as my 10th great grandmother. Pocahontas also has different mothers showing depending on the branch.
I’m confused.

So yesterday I ran across something and now I have questions.
Scent Flower Eagle Plume and her sister Pocahontas had a grandmother named Pocahontas who was also married to a Chief Powhatan born in 1500. Their grandchildren married. And that Chief was listed as Iroquois.
