Feeling better after a month of illness. Fell & broken my ankle & foot. I am in really rough shape. :(

I have been sick with no voice for two weeks. Awful. I could just scream, except I can't. 😶

Sometimes my motivation flags, but my expectations can be unrealistic. I feel kinda bad because I feel good. :)

I haven't been posting much. I'm good, really good actually. Work stress, lots of it, but my mood is good. I'm able to self-regulate it. 1/2
