@easyJet Quite disappointing that my flight was cancelled and the closest available change was the day before, yet there is another flight on the Saturday? When I called customer services they told me the reason was there wasn't enough seats, but it's given as an option if I pay!
@TheRangeUK Nearly a month now since I first contacted you because we had been sent 2 of the same boxes for some furniture and still hasn't been resolved. Please advise as to how I can actually get my money back now, as I am fed up of waiting for the rest to create my furniture.
@HSBC_UK help please. I got an email saying I had money in a savings account that hasn't been used for several years and it will be shut soon (I didn't know it existed still). How can I get in touch with you when I don't know my details anymore or have my secure key to log on?
@HillsPetUKIE I have just gone to feed my cats this evening and found two separate packets of wet food with a maggot in each. Can you please give me an email or someone I can contact? I'm sure you can understand I am very concerned by this.
@thetrainline I promise you it is not on the app I used, until it was too late to change my mind. I haven't actually bought my new journey yet (for tomorrow) as have lost confidence in your company.
@thetrainline Yes I got the right ticket, only wanted to cancel it so I could book a return instead. I know nothing will be done about it, as it was my fault for cancelling without checking. Just a shame.
@thetrainline Well as feedback I feel like you should put a warning pop up - "if you want to cancel it will cost £10". I'm aware it's my fault that I didn't check the website first however on the app you have to start again and I didn't dream it would be that much admin.
@thetrainline I would understand a couple of pounds, but half of a ticket cost? That's ridiculous. All I wanted to do was cancel it so I could book a return ticket instead (aka spend more money). And with no warning that it would cost that much if you ask for a refund. Ridiculous.
