This specific timing created a generation that acts as a linguistic and cultural bridge. They understand the slow pace of the pre-internet era, yet they are entirely fluent in modern digital culture. This dual perspective gives them a rare form of adaptability, allowing them to relate equally to older adults and younger digital natives.

Grateful that the House of Representatives passed the FULL repeal of the Caesar Act as part of the NDAA. I was grateful to introduce the House legislation for full repeal back in May and to lead efforts in the House for the past six months. Grateful for the support of President Trump, Ambassador Barrack and Senator Shaheen to make this a reality.

Hopeful for Senate passage within days and then to President Trump’s desk for signature.
