Do this one yoga pose with breath every day for 5 minutes and you will experience a profound change in your mental clarity and ability to focus 👇 (this is not a gimmick)

Set 5 min timer. Sit up straight in your chair. Feet firm on the ground. Hands OFF your computer, gently resting on your desk or legs. Close your eyes. Breathe in for a count of 4, breathe out for 4.

When time is up gently open your eyes. Stretch your arms overhead and return.

In pondering this I wonder if the answer is “nothing”. You achieve nothing and that's the point. Non-doing, non-achieving.

I'm an organizer. To-do lists are my life.

I'm going to do an experiment, one day a month of non-doing. A day with no to-do list, no planned tasks. Just flow on what feels like the next right thing.
I did my first on Friday and it was great.
But so hard not to make a list.
