@zavvi I placed an order on 29th January as a gift. Still hasn’t arrived. Just says processing on my account. Poor live chat service and over all a bad customer experience.
@McDonaldsUK terrible customer service from 6th January onwards. Was promised vouchers to compensate.....still noting. No correspondence about the matter. Would love to know how long we’ll be waiting....would a representative like to contact me?
@AsdaServiceTeam second week in a row the Dunstable store can’t get their act together with their click and collect service. Last week waiting 45 mins for order, this week I’ve waited 20 mins, items missing from my order, still not left the store. TERRIBLE.

@CentralBedsCPT please be aware there are 2 vans parked on double yellow lines. This is reducing visibility and I’ve just nearly had a collision because of their parking. At top of Periwinkle Lane Dunstable. This is not the first time I have seen this
@WeAreOpenreach just wanted to flag two of your drivers parking on double yellow lines, on a bend of a junction in Dunstable. One of the van reg plates is LB67 URU. Both drivers just sitting in their vans. VERY dangerous, reducing other drivers visibility.

@Tesco I’ve been shopping in the Dunstable store tonight, think I saw approx 20 people without a mask on, no staff to reinforce it. Security and staff didn’t seem to care. Shame you aren’t keen to protect your customers, especially the elderly.
@ASOS Im really not impressed about the service from you. I’ve paid for a premier account, I have no parcel despite placing my order last week! Disgusted if I’m honest. No reply from the FB chat either. Hermes say the couldn’t deliver despite being able to ask a neighbour!
@DPDgroup_news tried tracking the parcel number all we get is a track of where the parcels been. Can’t submit a redelivery. It’s like the parcel is in no mans land. Can your company DM me please?
@DPDgroup_news received an email and text to say the parcel saying sorry we missed. No one actually knocked to deliver because my partner was here all day. Can’t talk to anyone because you have a terrible automated service. Am now told it’s at a depot, no number to reschedule.
@DPDgroup_news I’d just like to say how terrible your service has been. I’m waiting at a parcel which I had redelivered to Matalan on Sunday, was sent an email to say itd be there between 3-4pm went to the store, the parcels apparently don’t get delivered there at weekends.
@plusnethelp I’m a brand new customer. I was told that I’ll be having an engineer out to install my line for broadband on the 27th, now I’ve had an email to say the 4th August. I set this up nearly 2 weeks ago. It’s not good enough. I’ve rang customer service they don’t answer!
