Three-in-a-row All Ireland hurlers #Limerick returned home today with the Liam MacCarthy cup.
The team was greeted by a large crowd of supporters when they arrived into Colbert Station, before heading to the Gaelic Grounds for the official homecoming celebrations.
The River Shannon is Ireland’s longest river. The waterway was crucial in establishing Foynes as an international port. We focus on the history and stories of part of the River Shannon that runs from Limerick to Loop Head, including its estuary.
Lifeguards on duty every weekend for the month of June at Glin and Kilteery Piers. They will be on duty full-time from 01 July until 04 Sept - 3½ hours either side of high tide each day.
