Interesting progress on Supra's EVM infrastructure.

A new update extends the $supra genesis transaction generator to predeploy several widely used EVM contracts at their canonical addresses, including Multicall3, ERC-2470 SingletonFactory, CreateX and the ERC-1820 Registry, alongside the existing CREATE2 factory.

The aim is compatibility: established EVM tooling such as Foundry, hardhat-deploy and other ecosystem infrastructure can expect these contracts to exist at the same well-known addresses they use elsewhere.

The review independently verified the canonical deployment data and also highlighted several non-blocking suggestions for strengthening tests and safeguards before release.

Another change fixes automation task payload decoding for transactions carrying a non-zero native value.

Overall, this appears to be further infrastructure and compatibility work towards Supra's EVM implementation.
