Crypto is full of idealists.

We had the idea earlier this year to run an ecosystem campaign for @Polkadot and other ecosystem partners. However, you can't just sell to Polkadot.

Back in 2023, @paritytech sunset its marketing function, putting the treasury in the hands of the community. Like all of crypto, this move toward community governance is still an experiment; power is given to token holders, allowing more diverse voices to contribute to decision-making. Every decision goes through the gauntlet.

The process was messy, but we knew our proposal was strong. The crypto audience lives on Brave. Treasury Proposal 746 passed with a 97% approval rating after lots of open, productive discussion and a couple of spaces on X.

The campaign is coming to a close. We can't wait to share the final results.
