@dunkingwithfish If you have access to a swimming pool you could try walking in the water if the pool depth is to say armpit level. Sounds mad but I’ve seen ladies do it in my local pool. They don’t swim, just walk! Probably best to check this is an option with your nurse.

@HelenORahilly Best of luck Helen. Ask about breast density. Seems things can lurk in women with dense breasts and not show up on mammograms. If you happen to have dense boobies you may need other imaging. Women typically are not told if you have ‘densies’ so you need to ask!!
