Who is genuinely considering purchasing the FSD when it's signed off in the UK?
£99pcm I've read. Seems like a gimmick to me but I don't do alot of miles or motorway driving so can't see the value in it.
“From a SpaceX standpoint, we're looking at long-term, how do we access a lot more energy than could be accessed on the ground? And that's with space. So orbital compute is gonna be a very big deal.”

Hey just a heads up if you’re interested in a legacy P100D that stickered at $164,000 with every available option available at the time - with everything still working including the rare sunroof option and upgraded sound, this one is available for $27,500. Purchased it six months ago from a friend and have more than $35,000 into it. Silver on white is super rare. Lmk. Haven’t listed it nationally on any platform yet. Share with your friends who appreciate a brand new MCU2 vertical screen 🙌🙏
Day 4 of adding things to Grok in my Tesla:
“Grok, I need the restroom.”
It checks nearby rated restrooms, factors in where I’m headed, and sends one to navigation. It even shares door codes and directions inside when available.
This one might get the most use.
“Work like hell. You just have to put in 80-100 hour weeks every week. This will increase the odds of success. If other people are putting in 40-hour work weeks and you’re putting in 100-hour work weeks, then even if you’re doing the same thing, you will achieve in four months what it takes them a year to achieve.”

If I died knowing that I did what was right or did my best to do what was right and even If in the history books they said I did wrong, I would still feel okay about that, I care about the reality of goodness and not the perception of it

Owning a Tesla provides so many advantages that people never understand until they experience it. It literally makes your entire life better.
We were driving through Wisconsin on a Tuesday when an error message appeared on the screen. A right rear brake fault was causing auto hold to not work.
We were just a few miles from a charger we were stopping at anyway. At the charger, we completed a service request from the Tesla app.
We contacted the nearest Tesla service center in Madison by phone who confirmed the issue remotely while we were driving and handed us to the service center in Milwaukee which was our destination.
Milwaukee got the part and got us in with a loaner car the on Thursday, the day we were scheduled to leave Milwaukee anyway,
This was so much more convenient for us because our own Tesla service center is about 4 hours away on a good day.
Yes it was an inconvenience but having Tesla remotely diagnose your issue while you’re driving and get parts ordered and delivered within the following service day to the destination you are driving to, makes you feel like you are living in the future; because you are.
This would have been significantly worse in literally any other vehicle.
Huge shout out to the Tesla Service Center Team in Milwaukee. You made a what could have completely derailed our anniversary celebration into a minor inconvenience and saved us a complete day if we had to try to repair this at home.
We love our @cybertruck ❤️
Speed control being removed from FSD is a hot topic, and I often get roasted for not bringing it up more.
Truthfully a lot of the time the lack of a user-defined max speed isn’t that big of a problem - but it still is 100% a problem.
Last weekend we went to the island and the car misread the speed limits 90% of the time. The issue was when we were driving around the campsite and the speed limit was 15kmh and FSD thought it was 40kmh. So in that situation even being in sloth mode doesn’t fix the problem with the car driving too fast.
Similar issue - two days ago we had a really bad rain storm and even in sloth FSD was trying to go 100kmh on the highway. Almost every other car was driving closer to 80kmh but I couldn’t force the car to drive that slow - so instead we were one of the fastest cars on the road (in the sloth speed profile) and I had to disengage and drive myself since the speeds weren’t appropriate for the conditions.
I know Tesla knows about this - but I just think it’s worth bringing up 🤷♂️ I really really really hope v15 can fix issues like this.
Also please stop speeding in school zones.
Elon Musk:
“The sheer number of really smart, hardworking people in China is incredible. There’s far more of them there than there are here, in my opinion
And they’ve got a lot of energy. The architecture in China in recent years is far more impressive than the US
The train stations, the buildings, the high-speed rail... everything… it’s really far more impressive than what we have”
Elon Musk just gave a huge update on what Starship will unlock for humanity’s understanding of the universe:
“Starship will expand the aperture of physics research by placing much larger telescopes in orbit and giant ones on the Moon”
This is a massive
Today, space telescopes have to be engineered around brutal mass and volume limits. They need to be incredibly light, foldable and packed into a rocket fairing with complex deployment systems
Starship changes that equation
Its enormous payload capacity means future telescopes can be much larger, heavier and simpler...instead of engineers spending years shaving every kilogram and designing around launch constraints
And Elon is already thinking beyond orbit:
GIANT telescopes on the Moon
Starship won’t just take humanity deeper into space
It will dramatically increase how much of the universe we can actually see
