@GWRHelp @CharlesSym37900 It's a shambles you told me you were running the trains again to Swansea got terminated no notice Parkway then replacement taxi only to Newport and train Cardiff then bus Swansea it's a disgraceful way to get home and passengers assistance didn't even know Newport end about taxi
