@Airport_FRA this is the most inconveniently designed airport I’ve flown through. Those of us at Gate D54 would greatly appreciate if someone could come power up the vending machines because who knew we would go through security into a food-free wasteland…

@Airport_FRA Kindly note that at Gates D54-59, there are no such places to buy snacks once you pass through security. There are also no signs indicating this. There are people who may need to take medication and there is no access to water in this waiting are.

@British_Airways had 2 bags left behind at @londonheathrow yesterday July 12… was told they would land at Vienna and be delivered by midnight. It is now 8:00am with no bags and no update. Please assist.

@British_Airways We were told at @flughafen_wien we would be contacted if the bags were not going to arrive at our hotel by midnight but we have not heard from anyone and cannot get in contact with anyone for an update

@British_Airways We tracked the bags already, which indicated they were on a flight that landed Vienna 1900 on July 12… but the reference number given when we filed the claim says the bag location is unknown. We are on a tour and are leaving Vienna tomorrow morning.
