@SecArmy I wish the Army shared this outlook. Too many spouses, myself included, were stranded overseas after sacrificing everything to follow a Soldier. Our safety, belongings, & financial security were left in the hands of the very people who put us in that vulnerable position.

It is disturbing that some military members think they can leverage foreign laws by moving their families overseas, only to divorce their spouses and abandon them with no means to return to the US.

This will not become a trend on my watch. My top priority is to take care of our Sailor and Marines and that includes their families.
