@ScotCitylink Yes I managed to board this service when it arrived in Bo’ness at 7:40 however it was the 6:20 bus that I was waiting for. 3 of us were at the bus stop at 6:50 for a service that didn’t run.

@ScotCitylink My issue isn’t so much with the tracker being useless and more that the bus didn’t turn up. The website could at least say when a bus is cancelled.

@ScotCitylink How can a company as big as Citylink not have a live tracker that says when buses are or aren’t running. The tracker is completely useless as buses just disappear from it whether they’re running or not.

Pre booking seats needs abolished, airlines should assign seats like they used to so that parties are kept together. Why prebook if they’re not going to honour it. Such a money grab

@ScotCitylink has the coach tracker been switched off completely or is it just a temporary glitch. It’s not been working for a couple of weeks now and unless you board at a bus station you’ve no idea when a bus is delayed.
