@TeamCavuto Why doesn't NY/NYC cut their budget instead of asking the Feds to fill their budget shortfall. We in AR have a projected budget shortfall due to COVID 19 of approx. $400M, so we in state agencies have been directed to cut our budgets to cover it. Tighten your belts!
