@webafrica @MirandaSimrie I also calcelled after spending 4 full days on WhatsApp chat trying to get a new subscription activated. I lost hope and cancelled. Last night around 8pm, I signed up with a different ISP, today just before midday, we had internet... Less than 24hrs from sign up.

@webafrica I DM'ed last week and nothing has moved, still no service and your support whatsapp keeps sending me from pillar to post. I'm currently waiting for a response from a so called Premium support, something that has been happening daily, but nothing gets sorted out.

@nasiphim Thank you for the good work you are doing for Tshwane. Cable theft and vandalism seems to occur when there is a power failure. May I suggest that Metro Police /SAPS be deployed to areas that experience power failures at night and patrol these areas and do random stop and search.
