Does anyone know the process of using AI to create YouTube chapters from video?

Is it:
1. Get video transcription (.srt or .vtt)
2. Convert transcription to JSON/CSV?
3. ?? Some kind of embedding that can be queried to return chapters?

I've tried to modify the CDK from StartSyncExectution and StartExecution but I still can't get it to trigger via App Sync 🫠

The project was built around three main use cases:
* React Native Skia
* Flutter
* Vanilla Web development
