[Xiomara Sanchez @ms_xsanchez]

I got the honor to lead a field trip outside of the state, NYC. A state where @PGCPSImmersion students from @KetteringMiddle got the amazing experience learning more of the American history 🗽 and Hispanic culture, since Museo del Barrio, Cuban food and dance "salsa". Super fun!

I'm so proud to share how #mysonshine is discussing the importance of empowering students in grades K-12 with the knowledge to create places to speak about their mental well-being.

Check out his campaign "What's Your Mental Shine?"

Today we had a student-led SEL lesson. Special thanks to Noah Millhouse for empowering our KMSSI students to identify their Mental Shine. This lesson was relatable and your peers were captivated. Excellent Job! #CultivatingExcellence

[Lakeishia Strother @PRINCIPAL_DUVAL]

At the beginning of the school year
Principal Strother: “I want a dance team, drum line, step team, and a school song.”

Tonight…They DELIVERED!

We are a student-centered learning community where we use innovative strategies to embrace unique talents.

Thank you KMSSI ❤️

Student leadership at its best! Thank you Noah and Jacob for representing our school. Your hard-work with policy debate is unmatched and we are so proud of you. #studentvoice

[Shayla Herron, M.A. @fortheloveofed]

I cannot wait for the day when all view policy debate as a sport! We work hard just like an athletic sports team. We sacrifice time. We pour our hearts into it. We stay up late prepping for tournaments. We win some, we lose some. There is an impact and lifelong skills are built.
